At the heart of the Argyle Community Parks Foundation is a dedicated team of volunteers who share a common passion: building a stronger, more connected community through vibrant public spaces. Our Board is composed of local residents, parents, educators, and community advocates—each bringing unique experience, insight, and commitment to our shared goal of making Argyle’s parks places where kids can dream, seniors can thrive, and everyone belongs.
Guided by our mission to create clean, safe, and inclusive spaces for all, the Board works hand-in-hand with the Village and School District to turn vision into reality. Whether it’s planning new amenities, engaging with residents, or securing resources, every member plays a vital role in fostering joy, wellness, and togetherness throughout our community.
We are proud to serve as stewards of your parks, and we are always looking for ways to listen, collaborate, and grow. Because when neighbors come together, great things happen.

Kayla Nikula
Kayla Nikula lives in rural Argyle with her husband, where they are raising three energetic boys. As a parent, she understands the importance of creating safe, engaging, and inclusive spaces where all children can grow and thrive. Her passion for accessibility is deeply personal—growing up with a sibling who has special needs gave her firsthand insight into how inclusive environments can positively shape lives and communities.
Kayla brings her professional expertise as a financial advisor, serving clients throughout Wisconsin and in more than 20 other states. Through her role with the Argyle Community Parks Foundation, she is committed to helping build a park system that welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities.
